We only accept returns of unused glass tips in their original packaging – this ensures the highest quality standards for all our customers. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Other items – provided they are unused and in their original packaging – can also be returned within the statutory period. Please contact us beforehand so we can coordinate the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned items and will be issued to the original payment method.
